Halloween 08

So halloween was awsome and the kids had a blast. My lovely nieghbors took me and the kids under their wings and we stode the nieghborhood with a gang full of monkeys. It was a blast and DJ was super duper pooped by the end of the night. His bag was too heavy, and he wouldnt carry it, but non the less he wanted more candy!! He ended up giving up on the candy bag completely and just double fisted as much as he could the rest of the night. which isnt much when you are only two....err then of course we fought about who was going to push the stroller. I think the Aries in us where butting heads all night long, but it was still all in fun. Lily felt special and ended up leading the way with all the big kids. I kept loosing track of her and getting worried to find her getting along just fine without me. HMM. Feels kind of wierd to realize your first is growing up on you! Thats another blog on another day though. Kylie has more pics of Lily and DJ, and Im sure as soon as I give her my email Ill get those, but untill then these are what I have and I hope you all enjoy them.

my thought for the day

I need to start carrying a camera with me. I want a little one now, I have a pretty big one. You see, Ive always liked bigger cameras. I've always had this thought "what if I lose it? The bigger It is, the more that would prevent me from losing it." Well now a year later, Ive decided that I want a new camera! I dont need a new one, but It would be nice. I would take a whole bunch of pictures again and that would make Mom happy. Just like I did the last time I got a new camera. Oh man, but then that camera would get old and they would come out with a new (Smaller one)! And, of course Id have to have that one. I dont know where this is going so Id better stop getting ahead of myself. But, the camera I have is too big for my purse, so maybe Ill just get a bigger purse......

I finally did it!!

Yes!! For years everyone has talked about blogging and how fun and hip it is. I have even seen commercials talking about it. Yet, for some odd reason(you all know me) I had yet to make one for the family. Well, goodbye yesterday and hello today! I am in....and ready to go. Except for the fact that I am now tired from a long day of wiping tears, kissing boo boos, cheering TOO LOUD and all that important stuff US mommies do with our kiddos. So Im gonna go watch sponge bob and clip coupons. Ill start this up again and be more into it tomorrow. In the meantime....do something productive!! LOL
